    I took this past Monday off and had five days off together in a row. I told my husband that I was going to take two days and straighten up my sewing room and two days and do the same in my closet-truly that bad.

    1.  The Bobbin winder hates me!
    2.  The first time you sew something, use BIG stitches, they are easier to take out!
    3.  When sewing at night, trying to convince yourself that no one will notice that the sleeves are two different lengths gets much easier as the night goes on!

    Diannes CatWell, I have been retired since November...I first took over a week to clean up my sewing room, doesn't look like it now.
    I took a week before a week retreat to cut out projects to take to the retreat. A day in the sewing room with my Baby----------lock is always a great day. I have dinner between 5 and 6. Soie knows how to remind me what time it is. Who knew the Babylock came with a cat opening!

    Friends and students (not family—they really don't get having 10 projects going at the same time) are often amazed and ask me how I get so many sewing projects completed when I work on multiple projects at the same time and already have a busy life and many hobbies. I have to tell you that I am getting more done now than ever before.

    Last winter Gayla asked Leslie and me to prepare a presentation on using the Accuquilt machine knowing we both had one. Well I'd had mine for several years but hadn't used it a lot. Boy did this opportunity open my eyes to all the wonderful things I could do with my Accuquilt machine and all the cutting dies and embroidery programs I had been collecting!!
